RESERVATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES: Your accommodation at Townsville Apartments on Gregory may be available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier arrivals may be arranged by talking to management, depending on previous night departures. Luggage may be left with reception for early arrivals and you might like to enjoy a coffee at a nearby eatery or a stroll along the strand while you wait for your room.
On the day of your departure, checkout time 10.00am. Again luggage may be left at reception while awaiting transport.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION : The 1st night's accommodation charge is required to confirm your booking. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled or amended in accordance with the cancellation/amendment policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.

A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT POLICY: If your arrival date is amended or accommodation cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date the 1st night's accommodation is charged. All other cancellations/amendments are fully refundable.
